Welcome to CDC Eviction Lawsuit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any related offerings provided by John McDermott (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The specific terms of service are described in the attorney-client fee agreement. Our intention is to collect business ( not personal) information necessary to prove the damages caused by the eviction moratorium. To the limited extent that we also acquire personal information in the process, our policies are described below.

1. Services

We provide Joining the Lawsuit to clients as per the scope outlined in agreements, proposals, or service packages. The specific details of each service will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to fulfill the service.
  • Cooperate with us by responding to requests and providing necessary materials in a timely manner.
  • Follow any guidelines, policies, or requirements communicated by us.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service quality or lead to delays for which we are not liable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement, proposal, or invoice.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
  • Deposits or upfront payments, if applicable, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate services due to non-payment.

4. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is detailed separately Refund Policy and applies as per the outlined terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Any deliverables provided as part of our services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Custom work created for the client will be transferred upon final payment, except where otherwise agreed.
  • Clients may not resell, distribute, or modify our work without prior written consent.
