Refund Policy
Here, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a structured refund policy based on the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the initial contract or service agreement.
- There was a significant issue with the quality of service provided.
- The service was canceled by the client within the specified cancellation period.
2. Refund Request Timeframe
- Clients must submit refund requests within 30 days of service completion or from the date of purchase (whichever is applicable).
- Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The service has been fully rendered as per the agreed scope.
- The client failed to provide the necessary information or cooperation required to complete the service.
- Custom or personalized services that have already been initiated or completed.
- Any deposits or upfront payments are marked as “non-refundable” in the service agreement.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered if only a portion of the service was delivered, or if the client cancels after work has begun but before full completion. The refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide details regarding the service, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 30 business days.
6. Refund Approval & Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exceptions & Discretion
We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions, such as service revisions or credits, instead of a full refund.
